We deal in trading of heavy equipment and spare parts supplies. We are looking for an Office Assistant for our online portal business in Dubai.
– Manage day-to-day activities of the office
– Frequently visit clients in UAE to promote company online portal
– Respond to clients inquires via email, fax, telephone…etc
– Coordinate with government offices, if needed.
– Prior experience of 2-3 years of managing day-to-day office activities
– Understanding of Middle East culture and norms
– Should have good understanding of internet marketing through social media
– Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
– Understanding of Arabic language is a plus
– Bachelor degree in business or IT
